The 10 Campaigners from the 12 Detainees Released from Prison

Feminist School:The 10 campaigners from the 12 detainees made bail.However the bail for Kahdijeh Moghadam and Mahboubeh Karami was not accepted and are still in Evin prison. This morning 30th of March again the families have made enquires and according to the inspectors Matin Rasekh and Heydary Fard on the issue of bail for all detainees and confirmation of releasing have been delays to 3rd of April but with the families insistence 10 of the detainees were freed and the authorities have not issued any reason for not accepting bail for Khadijeh Moghadam and Mahboubeh Karami.

Nasrin Sotoudeh with Dr. Khosro Shahi Kahdijeh Moghadam’s husband and Mahboubeh Karami’s brother have requested to see the assistant prosecutor but visit has been denied as none of the assistant were in court today and have been told to come back tomorrow.

The 10 who were freed Leyla Nazari, Delaram Ali, Farkhondeh Ehtesabian, Shahla Forouzanfar, Soraya Yousefi, Bahara Behravan who were freed this morning and Arash Nasiri Eghbali, Amir Rashidi, Mohammad Shourab who were expected to be released at 4 o’clock but were released at 9 in the evening have all to be at the court on the 10th of May.

The 12 campaigners who were going to visit the families of other prisoners were arrested before they set off to their destination.
