Shirin Ebadi told Feminist School reporter that the important point for this interrogation is that the lawyers were present during the interrogation . Shirin Ebadi viewed this change as positive and she elaborated that she hopes that this civil method of obeying the law become norm and prisoners and detainees would be allowed to be represented by their lawyers during interrogation . she added that interrogation was in accordance with legalities, all ten detainees were accused of disturbing public order and all the clients denied the accusation .

Mrs Ebadi went on to say that: Mahboubeh Karami and Khadijeh Moghadam, according to Mr. Heydari Far the judge has announced that they would be released tomorrow.

The twelve activists were detained as they were planning a Persian new year visits then after three days ten of them released on bail but two detainees, Khadijeh Moghadam and Mahboubeh Karami, are still in prison.
