Activities in division of the women’s movement: member of mothers committee in campaign for one million signatures

Cases: Reasons for Arrests :

She was arrested whilst in Behesht Zahra cemetery with her family (Husband, Daughter and her son) visiting the grave of her brother in-law. It seems that on that day a protest was taking place in the cemetery during which Mehri Moshrefi and her family members along with 150 protesters were all arrested on November 2008 and released on February 2 , 2009 .

Current status:

a) Ruling: she was sentenced to two years of suspended imprisonment

d) Latest on the case: She was arrested whilst in Behesht Zahra cemetery with her family (Husband, Daughter and her son) visiting the grave of her brother in-law. It seems that on that day a protest was taking place in the cemetery during which Mehri Moshrefi and her family members along with 150 protesters were all arrested on November 2008 and released on February 2 , 2009 . the court for Mehrchehreh Moshrefi and her husband was held on January 31,2009 in branch no.28 of revolutionary court they both accused to acting against national security by assembly and having sympathy for one the illegal groups. The charges for Mehrchehre Moshrefi and her husband was so dangerous that it could have hanging as the punishment.but at last they were sentenced to two years of suspended imprisonment .
