Arrested with 8 others but was bailed out in the evening by her husband releasing his passport to the authorities, the passport is still with them.

d) Latest elaboration of the case: Jelveh has four active court cases. Arrested with 32 others in front of the court on 4th of March 2007 and spend 4 days in prison. She was acquitted of the charge on 2008. Second case was for being arrested September 14 2007 in Khoramabad during campaign activities and was in prison for one day no ruling has been reached. Third case is on cooperation with the Change for Equality, spent 32 days in prison the court hearing for this case was on august 2 2008. The fourth case is on the anniversary celebration on 12 of June 2008 no information on the charge from the court.
